Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and carrier delays.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays in processing your order.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pizza Pack is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Pizza Pack is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders with these addresses will be canceled and refunded.
Changes to Your Order
